As an in-House Graphic Designer in Tesla's EMEA External Communications Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting local markets within the region with creative assets to meet business needs. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling and localized assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Your work will contribute to the successful execution of sales development campaigns, educational and promotional materials across the region.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with local market teams within the EMEA region to understand their design requirements and strategic objectives
- Create visually appealing and localized design assets, including but not limited to brochures, social media graphics, emailing, and point-of-sale materials
- Adapt and customize global design templates and assets to meet the specific needs of each local market, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines and visual identity standards while tailoring designs to regional nuances
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Incorporate feedback from local market teams, regional stakeholders, and brand guidelines to refine and improve design assets
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and resources to facilitate efficient workflow and knowledge sharing within the team
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience in regional or localized design projects
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including examples of localized or region-specific design work
- Knowledge of cultural nuances, design trends, and market preferences within the EMEA region
- Understanding of branding principles, typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with local market teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners
