The Team
Within the Womenswear Division our mission is to Empower women with preppy classics and relevant fashion, celebrating individuality through modern interpretations of classic Tommy icons, while driving meaningful growth and reinforcing Tommy Hilfiger's position as No1 global lifestyle brand.
The Product Development team is the bridge between vision and reality, transforming concepts into high-quality, innovative, and sustainable garments—both physical and digital. With precision and expertise, Product Developers bring together the entire development process, ensuring seamless execution between the Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, the Supply, Buying & Planning, and Global teams to drive efficiency, refine processes, and push the boundaries of product development. This team plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity, ensuring every piece reflects its DNA with craftsmanship and innovation.
The Position
As a Junior Product Developer in the Womenswear Division, you will play a key role in the Product Development team. You will be transforming creative concepts into high-quality products that meet brand standards and market expectations. You will support the end-to-end product development process — from research and vendor analysis to ensuring precise execution in styles, materials, and construction. This position is crucial for meeting deadlines, maintaining the style information and ensuring seamless collaboration between design, sourcing, and production teams. Your work will support the division to deliver on seasonal collections efficiently and according to brand quality standards, and contribute directly to the commercial success of the womenswear portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Development: Gather key vendor intelligence and creative concept analyze
Product Development: Support maintaining product quality & efficient workflows
Product Quality & Standard Setting: Style review, supporting in all components working together (materials, construction, fit) from proto to bulk
Product Data Integrity: Oversee and maintain style information in PLM system
KPI Management: Support decision making during milestone activities
Sourcing Landscape: Support initial seasonal style allocation
Milestone Management: Participate and prepare samples & product data within given deadlines
What we look for in the ideal candidate:
Education: Degree or /and 1-2 years industry related work experience
