Your superpowers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or similar field.
- 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or a related field.
- Drive - know your strengths and where you want to grow.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment where new roles pop up frequently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
