About Us
STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.
We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today.
Your mission
We’re looking for a curious, motivated junior technician to join our workshop team and help build and maintain our fleet of experimental UAS platforms. You don’t need formal experience—just a deep interest in drones, RC, FPV, or model aircraft, and a willingness to learn fast.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s spent evenings soldering flight controllers, crashing into trees, swapping motors, and now wants to see what the professional side of that world looks like. We’ll teach you the rest.
Responsibilities
Support the assembly, repair, and modification of UAS airframes and subsystems.
Help with wiring, servo setup, radio checks, control surface rigging, and component installation.
Shadow and assist senior technicians and engineers across build and test operations.
Learn how to prepare aircraft for flight—including ground checks, power-up, and post-flight maintenance.
Keep the workshop organised, prepped, and ready for fast-paced iteration.
Gradually take on more responsibility as you build confidence and experience.
Qualifications
A background in hobby drones, RC planes, FPV builds, or similar.
Genuine enthusiasm for tinkering, building, flying, and fixing.
Basic comfort with hand tools, soldering, connectors, and general workshop activity.
Willingness to learn and take feedback—every aircraft is a new lesson.
A team-first attitude, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job right.
No formal education or qualifications required—we care more about attitude and potential.
