About Us
The Talent & Learning department is part of the newly organized People & Culture function, driving transformative change to build a modern learning ecosystem. We focus on attracting, developing, and retaining staff through innovative learning solutions, capability building, and career development initiatives.

Your Role
As the Learning & Development Officer, you will ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of high-quality learning programs while supporting participants throughout their learning journey. You will also manage processes, tools, and communication with other stakeholders to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Coordination: Schedule, organise, and manage courses, ensuring efficient application, selection, and enrollment processes.

  • Participant Support: Provide course-related information, including invitations, travel, visas, and accommodations, while coordinating with other teams.

  • Contract Management: Ensure effective administration and management of consultant contracts.

  • Study Grant Program: Manage announcements, selection, and proposals for study grant recipients.

  • Team Support: Assist L&D Advisors in planning and preparing courses.

  • Administrative Management: Track expenses, encode invoices, and provide organisational support.

  • Process Improvement: Optimise departmental processes and tools, including maintaining the course catalogue and website.

  • Data Analysis: Perform statistical and trend analysis for training programs, offering insights proactively or upon request.

  • Budget Monitoring: Oversee expenses and ensure accurate invoice processing.

  • Time Management: Plan and schedule courses to meet organisational needs.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Interest in supporting staff learning and development.

  • Experience in Learning & Development or a similar field is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Current or previous MSF experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Minimal travel required to support in-person events.

We Offer
An employment contract is offered, based on 40 hours per week. The contract is for one year.

The gross monthly salary ranges between 3,154 and 4,343 euros. The exact salary will depend on relevant work experience.
