As an intern in the Legal Department, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.
The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects that will help you advise on promotional actions, draft action conditions, prepare legal advice for contracts, assist in making legal guidance accessible, support in handling disputes, and provide legal support for marketing and sales.

Legal Support for Marketing and Sales Teams: You will provide comprehensive legal support to our marketing business teams by advising on contracts, promotions, packaging, product claims, and inspections from authorities. Additionally, you will support our sales business teams with contracting needs.
Legal Guidance: You will develop legal guidance documents on relevant regulations and ensure they are easily accessible and comprehensible for the business, enabling informed decision-making.
Advice and Dispute Handling: You will support the preparation of legal advice and documents for legal disputes such as trademark infringement cases, procedures at the Advertising Code Committee, and other civil procedures
Promotional Activations: You will advise on (digital) promotional activations and draft the necessary action terms and conditions to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
You’re the perfect fit if:
You’re available for a maximum of 6 months starting 25th of August or 1st September 2025 (minimum 32 hours/week).
You are enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in a WO Bachelor of Law or a Master of Law.
You have an affinity with the fields of Dutch civil Law (contracting), Data Protection, Intellectual Property Law, Advertising Law, and/or Competition Law.
You are eager and excited to learn.
You are meticulous and well-organized.
You are proactive.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
