We are looking for you, Manager Feedstock Commercialization, to join our team in Hoofddorp.
The feedstock commercialization team is tasked with defining and implementing strategies for developing advanced biofuel feedstocks. Your role focusses on driving and optimizing the profitable integration of specific Annex IX A feedstock, including intermediate crops and crops from severely degraded lands, into the company’s refineries. It also involves effective collaboration among relevant internal teams to meet targets.

Your role in our team

Lead the end-to-end development and execution of roadmaps for specific Annex IX A
feedstocks, from initial sourcing to commercialization

Foster strong internal collaboration across Supply, Technical, Regulatory, and Sales
teams, and build effective relationships with external partners through clear and
effective communication with both technical and commercial stakeholders

Develop business cases to support both short-term deals and mid-to-long-term
collaboration agreements

Guiding chartering processes and providing opportunities for improvement to chartering managers

Create a compelling sustainability value proposition for feedstocks derived from
intermediate crops and crops grown on severely degraded lands

Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer acceptance related to
relevant feedstocks
The best combination to succeed in this role

A Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or Agriculture
-
Familiarity with the renewable fuels sector, including relevant EU and US regulation
-
Understanding of agricultural value chains for oil production and the associated business
environment

Business development experience in identifying and establishing partnerships to secure
mid-to-long-term access to Annex IX feedstocks

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
-
Fluency in English and Spanish are essential
