YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
You love social media, know how to create engaging content, and want to help digitize the Dutch construction industry? Then join plancraft! In a part-time or full-time role (32–40h/week), your Dutch language skills and marketing experience will help us connect with Dutch contractors – locally, authentically, and with real impact. You’ll become part of our team and actively contribute to making plancraft the #1 SaaS solution for tradespeople in the Netherlands.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and publish localized Dutch content for social media, website, and email.
- Grow and manage our Dutch social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Write customer success stories, collect testimonials, and collaborate with local creators.
- Support SEO/SEA efforts and adapt campaign assets for the Dutch market.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and HubSpot to optimize campaign performance.
- Support local events (fairs, webinars, workshops).
- Collaborating across teams (Content, Brand, Performance, Product).
Planning and executing creator campaigns (briefings, content planning, payouts).
YOUR PROFILE
Must-haves
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and the community.
- Strong social media experience (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Proven ability to create marketing content (copywriting, case studies, short-form video/text).
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEA and online content optimization.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously and in coordination with a remote team.
- Based in or near Amsterdam, with openness to work from our local Amsterdam co-working hub at least two days per week, joining your other NL team colleagues.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with marketing tools / ads managers.
- Affinity with or understanding of the construction/trades industry.
- Experience with creator marketing or influencer outreach.
- Familiarity with email marketing and campaign workflows.
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
