Job Description
SQLI Amsterdam is looking for a Medior Digital Marketing Consultant with strong project management and data analysis skills. In this client-facing role, you’ll help leading brands solve complex digital challenges across the full marketing spectrum and drive sustainable growth.
What you’ll do
As a Digital Marketing Consultant at SQLI, you will:
- Work on a selection of key digital marketing topics such as SEO & Content, SEA & Paid Media, Conversion Rate Optimization, Landing Pages & Email Marketing.
We don’t expect you to be an expert in all domains—what matters is that you bring solid experience in some areas, and the curiosity to learn and grow in others.
- Take a proactive role in consulting, advising, and managing client challenges to help them achieve their goals.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supported by our multidisciplinary team of consultants, marketeers, designers, and developers.
- Support pre-sales activities and SQLI’s own marketing initiatives, while identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth at client accounts.
- Work closely with both B2B, B2C, and B2B2C clients—from local heroes like Sligro, Warmteservice, MyJewellery, Kamera Express to global brands such as Miele, Scott Sports, CEVA, Nespresso, Teijin Aramid, Senco.

Tools you’ll work with

Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a client-facing or agency environment.
- A curious and positive mindset – eager to explore new ideas, tools, and approaches while bringing energy to your projects and colleagues.
- Strong end-to-end ownership mindset – accountable for both personal and team success.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic consultancy and operational execution.
- Willingness to travel to clients when needed.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams (designers, marketers, developers, etc.).
