The Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of the Benelux marketing strategy — from building awareness and launching products to driving retail sell-through and engaging foodservice partners. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Your mission:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Localize and execute the European marketing strategy for Benelux, tailored to regional market dynamics
- Develop and implement annual brand and activation plans across retail and foodservice channels
Campaign Management
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade, PR, influencer, in-store, events) from concept to execution
- Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage digital campaigns across paid and organic channels to support brand awareness and conversion
- Optimize online performance and content strategy in collaboration with the global digital team
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to deliver best-in-class retail visibility and shopper engagement
- Drive in-store initiatives, sampling activations, and seasonal campaigns
Product Launches & Innovation
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new product introductions
- Act as the voice of the consumer and the market in cross-functional NPD discussions
Insights & Budget Management
- Analyze market data (e.g. Nielsen, GfK) and consumer insights to drive marketing decisions
- Manage the local marketing budget and report on campaign performance and ROI
What you'll bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing roles within FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands
- Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and retail/trade marketing
- Familiarity with the Benelux market and consumer behavior
- Hands-on and proactive, with a bias for action and accountability
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
