Your role:
1. Professional & Clinical Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute targeted campaigns and materials tailored to healthcare professionals, focusing on clinical value, patient outcomes, and innovation.
- Identify and prioritize regional clinical engagement opportunities to drive awareness and preference for our solutions.
2. Event Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of top-tier regional and international professional events, congresses, and symposia.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, high-impact experiences.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and nurture relationships with KOLs, medical societies, and professional associations across the region.
- Develop programs that support HCP education, training, and advocacy.
- Map and manage the network of clinical influencers, ensuring visibility and integration into strategic initiatives.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the global clinical marketing team to localize assets, provide regional insights, and align execution.
- Work with country marketing, medical affairs, sales, and training teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across channels.
5. Insights & Analytics
- Gather and analyze feedback from professional stakeholders to inform strategy and content development.
- Track and report on KPIs for professional marketing campaigns and event performance.
You're the right fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, ideally with a focus on clinical or professional marketing.
- Demonstrated success in leading KOL engagement strategies and executing high-impact events.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in EMEA.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally (approx. 25%).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For this role, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
