The Sales & Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team in achieving business objectives. This position involves a mix of administrative, organizational, external events and customer-facing tasks to ensure smooth operations and enhanced customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Communication & Coordination
Monitor and manage the sales inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
In time be able to qualify incoming leads.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate sales and marketing activities.
Travel & Event Organization
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including accommodations and transportation.
Plan and manage logistics for events, such as conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
Represent the company at events when required, Providing first time contact with new customers.
Data processing post events.
CRM System Management
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Generate and prepare regular sales and marketing reports for internal review.
Be the super admin of the CRM, ensuring that the stages of the process are fit for purpose.
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Create and maintain sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
The role will require occasional travel for events and conferences.

Requirements:
You have at least an HBO-level education.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar supporting role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Professional working proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. social media platforms, email marketing tools).
Experience in a fast-paced, technical environment with strong attention to detail.

Enthusiastic, flexible, and resilient under pressure.
Ability to set priorities effectively and adapt to changing needs.
Team player who enjoys supporting and collaborating with others.
