According to our expansion goals we are seeking to strengthen our Warehouse Operations team.
Requirements:
You will have or be working towards your master’s or bachelor’s degree. You will have strong interests in Supply Chain, Operations, Projects and People. You will have a real passion for working in Ecommerce Operations and have a desire to progress your career in this area. You will be ready to begin day 1 on an integration into a warehouse for a minimum period of 3 months’ where you will discover all the roles in the operations, including picking, packing and all support functions. You will additionally have a passport and be willing to travel in Europe so that you can experience the different operational sites.
What you can expect:
- A rotational programme
You will be working on several operational projects. You will be in daily contact with your immediate colleagues, warehouse staff, drivers, customers. As a trainee you will help drive and build the growth of your department and the company. The following issues will be discussed during the traineeship: general warehouse management, reviewing the warehouse orders, managing a team of employees, monitoring KPI’s, making cost-benefit analyses, HSEQ knowledge.

Do you have what it takes?
- You will have or be working towards your master’s or bachelor’s Degree
- You will be able to communicate fluently in English, knowledge of an additional European language would be a plus
- A born communicator, enabling you to communicate well at all levels
- Flexible in terms of job content, working hours and location
- You will work mainly in Groningen, but the variety of projects may see you travel internationally, therefore the ability to travel when required is essential.
- Be confident in your approach so that you are able to challenge, question and draw the right conclusions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the know how to get things done, supported by good time management and the confidence to follow-up.
