The role is responsible for the design and implementation of our people and culture plan at Apadmi Netherlands. With support from our Global People Team, you’ll implement strategies that align with the company’s goals and values, driving a high performance culture, as well as being the point of contact for all our colleagues working at Apadmi Netherlands and our associated group companies on a daily basis.
What you'll be working on
This role would be perfect for a HRBP looking to take the next step in their career, leading and managing a stand alone HR function in a global tech business.
- Act as the People business partner to local leaders, advising on talent acquisition, performance management, colleague engagement, and career development.
- Develop and implement People strategies that align with company goals and values in the Netherlands, actively championing them.
- Ensure compliance with international and local employment laws, handling employee relations in line with regulatory requirements.
- Build and implement leading People policies and practices to support global growth.
- Enhance employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
- Support global talent acquisition with local recruitment, onboarding, and training in line with global processes.
- Partner with leadership and the global People Team to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Provide HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll bring to the team
You are a trusted and influential People professional who builds strong relationships across all levels, communicates clearly, and navigates complex issues with integrity. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused, you thrive in fast-paced, agile environments while balancing independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
- Significant Human Resources Business Partner experience, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment, bringing an understanding of how talent and culture fits with strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing people and culture strategies to drive company and individual performance.
- Experience working in a high-growth high-performance environment is preferred.
- Experience in leading organisational integration plans after an acquisition.
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law and up-to-date HR tools, systems and methodologies.
- Change management experience within the HR and culture context will be important.
- Experience working with a global workforce – preferably within a growing matrixed structure where teams are distributed across the globe.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
