Join our global People Operations team as a People Operations Associate, supporting teams across Europe with a focus on the Netherlands.

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law, GDPR and sick leave management. You will maintain high data accuracy, collaborate with HRBPs, Works Council and global stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. From day-to-day HR operations to larger projects, you will contribute to best-in-class People Operations in a fast-paced, innovative software environment.

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Apeldoorn office, located at Fauststraat 3, 7323 BA, Apeldoorn

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle in the Netherlands, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law, GDPR, and company policies.
  • Coordinate sick leave cases in collaboration with the company doctor and occupational health services, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and employee records, delivering reliable insights to HRBPs and stakeholders.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Works Council, and global teams to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and survey analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Deliver consistent HR communications and prepare well-structured presentation materials for European teams.
  • Drive efficient, candidate-focused recruitment processes.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in tech, IT, or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English; German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and full employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Dutch labor law, GDPR, and sick leave management.
  • Ability to work effectively with Works Councils.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective employee engagement and collaboration with stakeholders across Europe.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws, data protection regulations, and recruitment procedures in multiple European countries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset, working closely with HRBPs, hiring managers, and global People Ops teams.
