Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across all of Europe.

We distribute our products through both wholesale — to major specialized or multi-brand retailers — and retail, via our branded corners in department stores.
In concrete terms, this means that if you’re buying kidswear (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in-store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product in your hands has passed through us — even if you purchased it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!
To support our Merchandising team, we are looking for a Planning and Buying Associate on a temporary contract based in Hilversum.
Key Responsibilities :
This role is integral to the success of our Fashion brands, requiring a candidate who can blend strategic thinking with operational excellence to drive positive outcomes in planning and buying processes.
- Responsible of the demand planning and buying our brands (Converse and Hurley)
- Create and manage seasonal, yearly and three yearly forecasts by Brand, Category, Accounts, in partnership with sales teams.
- Work with merchandising to determine a seasonal style-colour-sized buy and optimal buying quantities and assortment and analyse previous sell in and sell out data to identify future opportunities.
- Masterfile’s Data Enrichment - Update and enhance product information within the Masterfile to ensure accuracy and completeness and collaborate with relevant teams to obtain and integrate relevant data.
- Manage the account label process, ensuring accurate labelling and adherence to brand guidelines and coordinate with stakeholders to address any labelling-related issues or discrepancies.
- Stock Inventory Control - Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts, optimizing inventory turnover and ensure coverage and on time availability.
- Seasonal Account Orders – transform and streamline order files efficiently and ensure that they are accurately processed and aligned with the inventory and buy on size level.
Your profil
- 4 years + work experience in fashion, sports retail or planning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOPKUP and data visualizations and experience in using Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams – team player
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to work with various deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Passion for our brands and a deep understanding of the fashion and retail industry.
- Fluent in English
