From our headquarters in Tiel, we handle deliveries of grills and accessories within Europe. To support our team, we are searching for:
Product Manager
For the Product Management department, we are looking for a Product Manager for the grill business, with international ambition. You analyze the market, market data, and competition in Europe. Based on this you will manage the existing product range and develop and launch new products together with our head office in Canada. In this position, you will continue to build our beautiful brand in the market.
Your responsibilities and activities:
- Develop and establish strategy and create roadmap and fully implement it internally, in coordination with Marketing and R&D department.
- Manage current product portfolio; improve products or remove products from the assortment, together with Supply Chain analyses.
- Responsible for the performance of product groups in the market in terms of distribution, turnaround, competitiveness, and margin.
- Oversee the total project management of new product introductions, including the creation of impactful launches.
- Develop and host product training programs for various sales teams in Europe.
- Ensure product compliance for your product range in Europe.
- Together with the Product Information Coordinator, you ensure that all relevant information is up to date.
- All other support issues related to your products/lines (training, samples, shows and other sales support).
Job requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or Commercial Economics.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as Product Manager in a similar industry.
- Excellent command of the English and Dutch language in word and writing is a requirement.
- Good command of the German language is a big plus.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a requirement.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
