The Team
The Digital Wholesale Selling, Go-To-Market & Operations team is dedicated to creating a globally aligned, digitally empowered, and customer-centric wholesale ecosystem across HQ, hubs and regional markets. Our mission is to seamlessly integrate strategy, transformation, innovation, and operational excellence by managing digital tools, optimizing wholesale partner and associate experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform wholesale excellence. Through close collaboration with global and regional brand teams, senior leadership and IT, the team delivers best-in-class digital solutions (e.g. Digital Showroom, Prana, Self-service reordering, EDI), and streamlined go-to-market processes, to establish new industry standards and support PVHE’s largest revenue base, driving long-term growth and success for both brands and their partners.
The Position
As Product Owner Customer, you will lead the development and optimization of customer data management solutions within our bespoke digital wholesale selling ecosystem for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Part of the Digital Wholesale Selling, Go-To-Market & Operations team, you will focus on building and enhancing wholesale CRM capabilities to enable consistent, scalable, and customer-centric experiences across global markets. You will own the product vision and roadmap for wholesale customer data platforms, working in close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, IT, and business partners. Your goal will be to ensure high-quality, actionable customer data supports digital selling tools and go-to-market processes, empowering sales teams and strengthening partner relationships across PVHE’s largest revenue channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for wholesale customer data management tools and platforms (CRM) in line with the wider digital selling strategy.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories that drive development and cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate with sales teams, digital showroom stakeholders, and IT to ensure CRM tools integrate seamlessly with the broader wholesale digital selling suite.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic value.
Drive the successful implementation of new features, integrations or enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and business adoption.
Monitor platform performance, data quality, and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Ensure CRM capabilities comply with data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
Evangelize the value of high-quality wholesale customer data and CRM adoption across the wholesale ecosystem.

Measures of Success
Increased accuracy, completeness, and usability of wholesale customer data across systems.
On-time delivery and adoption of customer data related enhancements aligned with roadmap milestones.
Positive feedback from internal users (e.g., sales and customer service) on functionality and ease of use.
Strengthened integration between CRM, customer data and other wholesale tools (e.g., Digital Showroom, reordering portals).
Compliance with relevant data privacy and governance standards across markets and global regions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in product ownership, CRM systems, or digital platform development, ideally within B2B or wholesale environments at a premium fashion brand.
Proven experience managing digital product roadmaps and backlogs with agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of customer data models, CRM workflows, and data governance best practices.
Familiarity with wholesale selling processes and tools (e.g., B2B eCommerce, showroom platforms, order management systems).
Experience working with Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and leadership audiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.
Clear and concise communicator, able to articulate product decisions and priorities.
Comfortable collaborating across global teams in a matrixed organization.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Understanding of GDPR and international data privacy regulations.
Experience managing system integrations and data flows across platforms.
Proactive, problem-solving approach with a passion for user-centric design.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
