The role:
The goal of this job is to coordinate, supervise and develop the quality assurance activities related to ensure HCME’s timely and accurate support to internal and external customers based on their interest and needs.The responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and monitor a Customer satisfaction framework and ensure Key performance indicators are met according to the company and department strategies.
- Manage and ensure the resolution of non-conformities affecting the customers using root cause analysis methodologies.
- Lead the realization of a continuous improvement organization.
- Manage and coordinate projects and activities in cross functional teams, related to product and process improvements and based on our customers interest and needs.
- Act with a proactive approach, when it comes to prioritize, consider the risk & opportunities and escalate when necessary.
- Given the flexibility required in the business, at times, there might be assignments from other areas within the Quality department.
- All the activities above are performed and focused into obtaining a balanced Strategy, Structure, Culture, People, Resources and Results in a growing continuous improvement organization.
Who are we looking for:
Cognitive, analytical and interpersonal skills:
- Bachelor-level thinking and reasoning skills, acquired through education or equivalent practical experience, ideally in industrial engineering or related manufacturing fields.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop & implement effective solutions.
- Self-driven, proactive and reliable.
- Clear and effective in communicating, giving feedback, collaborating and engaging stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
Technical Knowledge and experience in:
- Leading and guiding cross functional teams and projects.
- Customer satisfaction area (internal and external).
- Quality and Lean core tools (Process mapping, documentation, Problem solving, Auditing, Continuous improvements, Control plans & charts…).
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Plus, nice to have:
- Proficiency in digitalization and automation skills.
- Knowledge on manufacturing and special processes.
- Familiar with mechatronics, automotive or electric industry.
