Office Manager

Job Description Summary:
Oversee the day-to-day functions concerning our Utrecht office and business. Manage day to day administrative task, assistants to management, office clerk, order supplies, liaise with service providers, cut expenditure and see to the upkeep of company property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing general office facilities
- Handling supplier invoices and payments
- Office asset management including all IT equipment.
- Managing external contractors or companies used for office maintenance.
- Collaborate with Marketing activities, renewals, etc.
Working hours:
- 32–40 hours per week (flexible, depending on candidate preference)
Job Experience Requirements and Skills:
- 2 years + relevant experience.
- Language Dutch and English
- Good communication skills
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business administration or equivalent job experience.
