Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, orders, and issue resolution.

Identify and drive opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling.

Analyse sales performance and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.

Maintain accurate records and pipelines using CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
- Commercially aware with an analytical mindset, confident working with reports and performance data.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferably SalesForce).
