The role

As our Service Network Development Lead, you will contribute developments in the EU Aftersales market, monitor ongoing business and support the NSC and the dealer network to ensure that the business develops with competent and motivated staff, satisfied customers and profitability. Together with the Service Network Development team, you set goals, develop strategies and action plans. You support the organization operationally in various activities.

This is what you will do:

  • Responsible for supporting and monitoring the Authorised Service Network across Europe in areas including workshop performance, customer experience, parts & accessory & merchandise turnover and take rate.
  • Responsible for the support and the roll- out for the Europe authorized body repair in all its facets.
  • Composing, cooperate and implement service processes, from customer booking to car issue and follow-up.
  • Compose and support aftersales marketing campaigns. ensuring good cooperation with our Customer Retention Expert, Aftersales Leads at National Sales Companies and the workshop partners regarding customer satisfaction and customer loyalty follow-up to create the most professional Zeekr Care Service Centers.
  • Coordinate and support the development of Zeekr Academy Service and Technical training courses, identifying needs at Authorised Service Network workshops and Authorised Bodywork and Repair workshops through the NSC Aftersales leads.
  • Responsible for the follow up of the action plans for Service workshop partners via the Aftersales Leads in our local markets.
  • Coordinate and set the goals for the car-insurance for B2C markets.
  • Coordinate the highly motivated and dedicated Service Network Team.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:


  • A broad experience in automotive service, and experience in an Aftersales Leadserhip role in a dealer holding, importer, or OEM.
  • Extensive experience working successfully in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in market analysis, and turning insights into tangible action plans.
  • Able to develop, implement and follow up a successful plan with various target groups.
  • You are a dynamic personality who is able to propagate the Zeekr brand and the associated Service idea widely.
  • Able to travel through Europe.
