Vacancy: Receptionist – The Face of Our Shipyard

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and colleagues at our shipyard. You welcome guests from all over the world, ensure smooth communication, and provide administrative and organisational support to our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, suppliers, and clients with a professional and friendly welcome.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the general mailbox and handle correspondence.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Keep reception and meeting areas neat and presentable.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and company visits.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
What We Ask
- MBO-level education, preferably in administration, secretarial work, or hospitality.
- Experience as a receptionist, front office assistant, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Professional, service-oriented, and presentable.
- Good command of Dutch and English (other languages such as German or Turkish are a plus in our international environment).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital scheduling and registration systems.
- Proactive, stress-resistant, and able to keep an overview.
