Job Description
What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day
- Oversee daily operations across all kitchen sections, including food production, hygiene, and cost control.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes.
- Plan and organize work in the Grand Café kitchen in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine.
- Contribute creatively to the development of new menu items.
- Inspire and motivate the team with your enthusiasm and passion for cooking, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, guiding them in their personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
What we wish you will bring with you
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and culinary trends.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
- Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
