JOB DESCRIPTION
The URUS Group is growing its global Marketing team in the EMEA region! We are adding a strategic Marketing leader who will partner with regional commercial teams to deliver tailored brand campaigns across markets. This role supports both digital as well as other marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on localization, tactical execution, and modern communications channels. This person brings cultural fluency and language skills to ensure effective content across regional audiences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to plan, coordinate, and execute brand campaigns, adapting assets to market-specific needs.
Lead tactical execution across traditional channels (print, brochures, event support) and digital (web, social, CRM).
Ensure local compliance, translation accuracy, and cultural fit for all customer-facing materials.
Coordinate with URUS and EMEA/APAC creative and production teams to manage proofs, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Adapt global assets for region-specific usage, including video subtitles, voiceovers, and design layout changes.
Utilize AI and translation tools to streamline content creation and localization.
Integrate modern communication tools such as WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram into brand campaigns.
Track social engagement and support regional teams in leveraging platforms effectively for awareness and conversion.
Partner with the Events Specialist on campaign planning and material development for regional small and large-scale events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong affinity with the dairy and livestock sector, with an understanding of local and cultural challenges and local audience perception.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic or regional marketing execution in the livestock sector
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Ability/desire to travel 10-15% (International)
- Experience using translation tools and AI-supported content generation platforms.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern digital channels, including WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Experience working across multicultural markets and understanding localized marketing nuances.
