Supply Chain Planner

The Procurement Officer will be a member of the Supply Chain/Procurement team and performing procurement and data management related daily activities.
Job Description
- Order Management: place, track and manage orders with suppliers using ERP system (EXACT) and other tools. Send and receive orders and keep the system information correct. Co-work with purchase team, other departments and 3rd party logistics to achieve accurate order management.
- Supplier relationships: building a strong, reliable and efficient working relationship with suppliers. Actively manage key partners to ensure the on time delivery.
- Process improvement: carry out improvement plans and projects to enhance company supply chain efficiency.
- Providing efficient and quality support to manager and organization. Regarding daily stock levels, suppliers related info and on other aspects if needed.
Requirements
- MBO+
- Experience in supply chain planning and logistics
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Good excel skills
- Reliable and proactive
- Result driven
- Team player
