Your Key Responsibilities

•  Supplier management
   Manufacturing the workshop file.
   Planning the various activities required, in such a way that the orders commissioned can be carried out according to specification and agreed delivery time.
   Having manufacturing parts manufactured internally and/or externally according to the requested quality and at market-related costs. 
   Purchasing the required components.
   Invoicing the executed orders.
   Post-calculating and closing the executed assignments.
   Ensuring the level of knowledge and motivation of employees.
   Planning and managing: logistics business office employee and machining business office employee.
   Effectively using the available company resources of his department and/or initiating improvement proposals/investments.
   Communication, both internal and external.
   Order, cleanliness and safety of the workplace.
   Proposing Continuous Improvement Points (CVP) of work, activities, processes and establishments for one's own workplace and operations, as well as those of colleagues

Your Qualifications

HBO mechanical engineering or Mechatronics level.
Several years of experience in special machinery construction.
Leadership and lead multiple employees in various disciplines.
