Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Ability to design and articulate a comprehensive roadmap;
• Familiarity with project lifecycle and deliverables;
• Depending on the nature of the roadmap (e.g., IT, infrastructure, policy), relevant technical skills are expected.

Duties/role:

• Evaluating the current state of the NATO Digital Workplace (NDW) in comparison to the defined target state;
• Developing a detailed implementation plan for the 21 high-level initiatives outlined in the NDW Strategy. This plan will span across the three implementation phases and cover all existing classification networks, ensuring full alignment with current documentation, concepts, and ongoing projects;
• Integrating continuous feedback from NATO Enterprise stakeholders to maintain the roadmap’s relevance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving strategic priorities.
