Your work
As Work Preparator at IQIP, you are responsible for preparing the manufacturing and assembly process of high-end offshore equipment. You serve as the key link between engineering, production, and project management. Your work ensures that all necessary materials, documentation, and planning are in place for an efficient and high-quality production process.
Your responsibilities
Translate technical drawings and engineering input into clear work instructions and production planning
Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and documentation
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production to resolve planning and technical challenges
Support the monitoring of progress, quality, and cost during preparation
Identify and implement process improvements and standardisation in work preparation
Maintain accurate documentation in ERP and planning systems
Act as a sparring partner for production, ensuring alignment with project goals
Your profile
MBO+/HBO education in a technical or mechanical direction
Experience in a work preparation or planning role in a technical production environment
Strong technical insight and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Familiar with ERP systems and production planning tools
Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Good communication skills in Dutch and English
Able to perform under pressure and manage changing priorities
