As Account Executive, you'll lead sales of our groundbreaking Red Zone Manager, an AI-driven safety solution proven to prevent accidents offshore, impacting global safety standards and driving smarter energy operations.
What You'll Achieve
- Own and drive complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles from prospecting through close, typically within 2–12 months.
- Build strategic relationships with senior industry leaders, becoming a trusted partner in their safety and efficiency goals.
- Present consultative solutions tailored to client challenges, directly impacting safety standards worldwide.
- Enhance Helin’s market presence by representing us at global industry conferences and events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide crucial customer insights influencing product innovation and company growth strategies.
What You Bring
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, successfully closing complex deals.
- Exceptional skill managing multi-stakeholder relationships and navigating long sales cycles.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities that build lasting partnerships.
- Adaptability and ownership mindset to excel in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Bonus Superpowers
- Experience or strong interest in Oil & Gas, industrial safety, offshore, maritime, or energy sectors.
- Prior success in scaling technology environments or high-growth SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with edge computing, video analytics, or proven SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
