What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for embossing of cards for business clients, monitoring discrepancies and escalating any issues with the generation of Debit Cards, Batch notices and Mortgage statements. You will handle incoming/return/undeliverable mail and ensure outgoing mail is delivered to the Post Office/Courier service on schedule.
What will you do?
- Responsible for dispatching the relevant files to Utility Companies
- Perform follow-up of ‘not yet received retail/corporate accounts’ opened past current month
- Retail and Corporate client filing, and perform centralized filing of new accounts and updated customers records, retrieve, and manage these records documents as instructed
- Receipt and distribution of Open Requests in generic e-mail box and the shredding of documents and vouchers as per established procedures
- Ensure archiving is sent to storage and makes necessary deliveries outside the bank
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Bank’s minimum entry requirements, English, Mathematics
- Sound business knowledge including service and operations
- Very strong client first orientation
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced highly dynamic and interactive processing environment
- Ability to manage highly demanding situations under rigid timelines
