Position:
As Administration and Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily financial administrative tasks, financial controls, and reporting are carried out accurately. This position can be filled for 32 or 40 hours per week.
Tasks:
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the accounting in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable administration and bank processing.
- Preparing reports for both internal use and for the head office.
- Preparing and setting up weekly payments.
- Preparing documents for internal and external audits.
- Preparing, analyzing, and proactively following up on KPIs.
- Preparing and analyzing periodic reports and annual figures.
- Assisting with other ad hoc tasks assigned by management and the financial management of the head office.
- Assist the HR Manager in maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and documentation.
Job requirements:
- A completed MBO4 or HBO degree.
- Previous experience (1–2 years) in financial administration.
- Fluent in English, Dutch preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Dutch tax legislation and legal audits.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Adaptable and open to learning.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
