Jouw rol
Als Supervisor Financial Administration ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de dagelijkse financiële administratie. Je werkt zelfstandig aan het invoeren, verzamelen en onderhouden van financiële gegevens en ondersteunt het management met betrouwbare informatie voor rapportages. De werkzaamheden zijn administratief van aard en vereisen nauwkeurigheid en discretie.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Zelfstandig verwerken van financiële data in het systeem.
Coördineren van dagelijkse boekhoudkundige taken zoals factuurverwerking, bankboekingen en kasadministratie.
Controleren en corrigeren van financiële gegevens.
Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van financiële rapportages voor het management.
Archiveren en documenteren van financiële stukken conform interne richtlijnen.
Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor het team en ondersteunen bij vragen over administratieve processen.
Jouw profiel
MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau in financiële richting.
Ervaring met financiële administratie en dataverwerking.
Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
Bekend met ERP-systemen (bijv. SAP) en MS Excel.
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
