Novature has launched a dedicated AI Program to accelerate AI adoption across its companies by building cross-company infrastructure and aligning both internal and external initiatives. The ultimate goal is to:- Establish Novature as the AI Center of Expertise for the Dynamics community.- Enhance internal productivity and elevate the partner and customer experience.The planned AI Center of Excellence (CoE) will play a pivotal role in driving AI adoption at all organizational levels while orchestrating Novature’s AI Value Proposition. By leveraging internal learnings, the CoE will also help align and expand external AI products and services across Novature companies.
PurposeOwn and drive the execution of Novature’s AI strategy by leading the AI Center of Excellence with strong governance and clear accountability. The CoE Lead ensures that all AI initiatives—ranging from copilots and agents to custom AI solutions—are fully aligned with Novature’s business objectives. The role focuses on boosting productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with company-wide AI police
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AI CoE as an organisational unit
- Define AI CoE team structure, hire/onboard team members, set goals and run performance reviews.
- Run operational governance: establish key processes and procedures, reviews, maintain risk/issue/action logs.
- Plan capacity and resource allocation across AI related activities to ensure AI Strategy execution.
- Own the CoE budget and vendor contracts; forecast, track and optimise spend to meet business objectives.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver performance reports to AI Program Owner and Novature Board. Contribute to AI Policy definition and drive AI Strategy execution
- Provide data, information, and insights for AI Policy and AI Strategy decks.
- Own and drive the key AI initiatives agreed in the AI Strategy and a roadmap.
- Monitor regulatory / business changes and trigger updates to the AI Policy and AI Strategy. Operate monitoring, metrics, and continuous improvement activities for all AI initiatives
- Define and maintain KPI framework (adoption, ROI, compliance) for AI initiatives.
- Define, build and maintain performance dashboards. Manage the AI initiatives cross-company
- Maintain a unified backlog of internal AI Initiatives with ROI, RAID and other measures.
- Allocate resources, sequence projects, and replicate learnings across companies.
- Report AI portfolio health, risks, and benefits to the AI Program Owner and/or Novature Board. Govern AI tooling and standards, contribute to the security guardrails
- Review, suggest and approve internal AI initiatives and projects as well as a “right tool for the job” within AI-related initiatives.
- Align with IT the security, Datapolicies and content-safety rules and controls to ensure their compliance within the AI initiatives. Build and nurture expert communities and contribute to AI skilling across companies
- Drive AI tools readiness and adoption.
- Contribute to AI Literacy programs by providing guidance and insights.
- Initiate creation of champion networks, schedule Q&Asand lightning talks.
- Co-publish internal playbooks, tips, and success stories.
- Measure employees’ AI-related skills growth.
- Monitor regulatory / business / tool changes and trigger updates to the AI Literacy and AI tool readiness. Lead the Personal productivity AI adoption programme
- Set up structure and team to run the programme in phased approach.
- Forecast licences need and ensure users‘ enablement.
- Be responsible to conduct trainings and workshops required to drive AI adoption.
- Run “AI Champions” networks and communication to maximise adoption.
- Track usage, productivity uplift, and compliance through dashboards. Establish and govern Agents adoption programme
- Set up structure and team to run Agents (M365, D365, Custom) adoption programmes in phased approach.
- Prioritise key business functions, run discovery workshops and prioritise use‑cases with business function owners.
- Define framework and process to select “right tool for the job” agent for each use-case and sharing of success across companies.
- Lead team to design, build and maintain Agents, Copilots and other AI solutions as well as needed architecture or environments across companies.
- Oversee the telemetry, cost controls, and lifecycle management. Align cross-company AI Value Proposition
- Align a unique value proposition across companies emphasizing a human-centred, trustworthy AI approach to differentiate Novature in the marketplace.
- Act as a facilitator of experience and learnings sharing across companies in terms of AI adoption and infusion in external AI activities.
- Provide guidance and consultancy for companies in defining and/or executing AI-related products and services.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft in AI-related matters.
- Co-identify AI innovation areas that deliver tangible business value beyond productivity improvements; Suggest ways how to leverage on these areas.
Required Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft AI stack and D365 apps.
- Broad knowledge of Novature business model, companies and industries.
- Proven track‑record rolling out Copilot at scale and facilitating Microsoft AI tools.
- Strong program & change‑management skills across mid-sized international organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills: can simplify complex AI topics into clear C‑level narratives, produce executive reports, and engage mixed‑audience workshops.
- Leadership & stakeholder management: able to build virtual teams and influence without direct authority on all levels of the organization
