At PwC, we are looking for Associate Consultants to join our Finance Transformation team within the Commercial Sector. You will work on diverse projects across industries like Retail, Consumer Products, Construction, Logistics, and more – all while developing yourself in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What will your role look like?
As a Consultant Finance in our team, you will help leading companies transform their finance function into a true value adding part of the business. Working closely with CFOs and finance teams, you will be involved in a broad range of activities, from organizational transformation to strategic decision-making support.
While every day is different, here are some examples of what you can expect in your day-to-day job:
Facilitating a client workshop to identify actionable KPIs and define what really drives performance;
Turning data into strategy by applying AI and analytics to create insights that shape critical financial and business decisions;
Meeting with a client to redesign core finance processes like lead-to-cash or record-to-report to boost efficiency and business value;
Driving ESG impact by helping a finance team translate sustainability goals into clear reporting and performance metrics;
Supporting a large-scale organizational transformation by helping the CFO redesign the finance operating model, redefine roles, and implement new ways of working;
Preparing the agenda and proposal materials for an important upcoming session on Finance of the Future;
Having a cup of coffee with a colleague to exchange feedback and ideas;
Attending a round table where the latest developments in our clients’ Finance organizations are discussed across various industries.
Does this describe you?
You hold an MSc in a finance-related field such as Finance, Business Economics, Accounting & Control, International Business, or Business Administration, and have up to three years of work experience;
You are eager for a challenging position with a leading professional services firm, you are motivated to learn, share knowledge, expand your network, and maximize your potential alongside your colleagues, particularly within the commercial sector;
You are analytical, communicative, social and client-focused;
You are an ambitious team player who likes to deliver quality and actively engage in social team activities;
You are interested in digital developments within the finance domain such as AI, data analytics, RPA, blockchain and machine learning;
You are fluent in both English and Dutch, written and spoken;
You can empathize with your colleagues and stakeholders and you have an eye for the added value of everyone;
You like to work in a team where different ideas and perspectives are appreciated and included in the work;
