At JOINSON&SPICE, we work with leading tech companies and strongly believe in a data-driven approach, using our in-house developed software to deliver outstanding results. Innovation really does literally flow through our veins. Our team is growing (we aim to triple in size by 2028), and we work with fast-growing scale-up clients in Tech, both national and international who need more than just compliance — they need Audit Managers who think with them.
Your Day
Your day kicks off with a tasteful cup of tea or coffee. Then you start your morning with a call to a client’s CFO. Their company just closed a funding round, and you help them think through the reporting implications. You walk them through the audit timeline and give them peace of mind that your team has it covered. For them, you're not just an auditor — you're a sounding board.
Later, you check in with your audit team. One colleague is stuck on an issue involving deferred revenue — you talk it through with them, explain the options, and guide them toward the right conclusion. You enjoy coaching and sharing your knowledge, and it shows.
In the afternoon, you review working papers for another engagement. You look beyond compliance — you make sure the team’s work reflects our standards, but also that it helps the client learn and grow. Before wrapping up, you document some process improvement ideas and align with the partner on upcoming projects.
You close your laptop knowing you’ve balanced high-quality delivery, team development, and real client impact — and that’s exactly why you do what you do.
