As a Branch Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations of our St. Maarten branch, guiding your team to deliver outstanding service and financial solutions to our clients. You’ll combine leadership with hands-on client engagement, ensuring that our values are lived out in every interaction.
Success in this role means running the branch efficiently, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring a seamless client experience while meeting both financial and operational goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a motivated branch team to deliver high-quality service and advice.
- Ensure smooth daily branch operations, including cash handling, transactions, and loan processes.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets, and service quality, reporting results and improvement opportunities.
- Safeguard compliance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
- Support the development of new financial products and services that meet client needs.
- Represent our organization as a trusted community-first institution on the island.
What You Bring
- MBO+/HBO degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field, plus relevant training.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of credit products, financial operations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a positive, motivating attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch ( Spanish and/or Papiamento are a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
