As a Business Development Manager you will be a part of a global network of engineers and experts, collaborating across continents to deliver innovative solutions. Our team thrives on ownership, agility, and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You Will Do
- Own and drive customer projects from initial contact to product end-of-life
- Provide first-line technical support to customers across Europe
- Review and support technical proposals and commercial quotations
- Coordinate product development with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the key interface between customer technical teams and Molex global support teams
- Travel across Europe to engage with customers and partners
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- Proven experience in technical support or engineering roles in the electronics industry
- Hands-on experience with FPCs or PCBs, including CAD/CAM tools
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience negotiating specifications of PCB/FPC assemblies or electronic systems
- French or Spanish language is a plus
- Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed, global organization
