The Opportunity
We're seeking a Sales Area Manager to join Jamie's team in Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities
What You Can Expect
- Full responsibility for a defined sales region
- Personal support and development of customer relationships in an industrial B2B environment
- Ongoing market and competitor analysis
- Close collaboration with internal departments (Engineering, Product Management)
- Travel within the region for customer visits and for in-depth onboarding at our HUB in Rotterdam
What You bring
- Initial or several years of experience in sales – ideally in a B2B or technical setting
- Strong sales mindset : self-driven, customer-oriented, and confident in closing deals
- Willingness to travel (several times per month)
- Nice to have : English language skills

Additional Information Recruitment and Integration Process :
If selected, you will join a simple and quick recruitment process with only three steps:
- It begins with a video interview with your futur manager : Jamie.
- An interview with the Europe, Regional Manager: Tristan.
- A video interview with our HR Director, Joris, to discuss values as well as cultural fit.
Onboarding for the position will be through our customized internal program. You will be supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages:
- Meeting all departments and business areas of the company,
- Technical discovery of the products and processes,
- Training tailored to your needs and functions.
