- Create tools to improve sales efficiencies per sales individual
- Overseeing all internal communications related to sales initiatives and operations within the Freight Forwarding business unit across Europe
- Developing and analysing sales KPIs to generate actionable insights, recommend strategic actions, and monitor performance at the cluster, branch, and individual levels
- Managing the creation, maintenance, and distribution of impactful sales reports to support sales leadership, utilizing tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Trade Lane Management, Finance, Vertical Leads, and Tender Management to drive sales performance
- Working closely with Trade Lane Management to coordinate and execute targeted sales campaigns promoting specific countries or regions
- Designing and launching sales initiatives in partnership with Product, Trade Lane Management, and regional and country-level teams
- Coordinating monthly success story calls to share best practices and celebrate achievements
- Organizing quarterly reward calls to foster a positive and motivated team environment
Leading digital transformation efforts within the European Sales Organization by leveraging tools such as Seismic, Prezi, and other digital platforms
- Creating and distributing newsletters to the Field Sales team to ensure alignment and engagement
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes
- Producing detailed reports and presentations as needed to support Senior Sales Management
- Coordinating overseas visits by managing itineraries and ensuring smooth execution of agendas
- Follow up on overseas visitors reports directly with Field sales making sure that follow up is done of all action items
Monitor Performance Improvement Program by following up on action items
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum work experience in Freight Forwarding > 5 years
- Experience in Sales Operations processes > 3 years
Definite asset:
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
