YOUR TASKS
- Take ownership of end-to-end logistics processes and ensure their seamless integration into our SAP system landscape;
- Lead the implementation of logistics solutions for new customers across our international locations;
- Develop and enhance global standard process solutions in coordination with global stakeholders;
- Act as the key interface between internal operations and external clients to ensure alignment and process quality;
- Translate business needs into system requirements and functional process designs;
- Support international project teams during implementation phases, ensuring smooth process onboarding;
- Communicate and collaborate in English with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.
YOUR PROFILE
- A completed MBO or HBO degree (medium to higher professional education);
- In-depth knowledge of SAP WM, IM, and CRM;
- Experience with process mapping tools, ideally Mapping Software BIC;
- Strong self-motivation and a high sense of responsibility;
- Excellent self-organization skills and ability to manage priorities;
- A true team player with strong presentation and collaboration skills;
- Confident and professional communication style.
