Vacancy: Senior CDD Analyst – Spanish Speaking
Location: Netherlands (Hybrid – Driebergen-Zeist)
Hours: 32–40 hours per week
What are you going to do?
As CDD analysts (junior, medior and senior), You will ensure that the team functions optimally, sets the right priorities and performs high-quality customer research. You are the link between operations and management and play a key role in further professionalizing our CDD activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the quality, timeliness and completeness of the CDD files
- Further development of processes and work instructions
- Being a sparring partner for compliance, risk and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the personal and professional growth of your team members
Reporting on progress, risks and improvement opportunities to management

Job requirements
What are you bringing?
- Minimum HBO or WO work and thinking level;
- Fluent in Spanish and English language.
- Demonstrable experience within CDD/KYC, preferably in a management role;
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations (Wwft, sanctions legislation, etc.);
- Strong communication and coaching skills; Solution-oriented, analytically strong and process-oriented.
