You complete our network
Did you know that Alliander is made up of different companies? Together with Liander, Qirion, Qterra, Dep, Firan and Entrnce, we develop and manage the energy grid for millions of people in the Netherlands. And in the light of the current energy transition, that is no easy task. We are realising this transition with a large group of talented professionals. Thanks to them, we have every confidence that we will be able to safeguard the Netherlands’ energy future. Together with you, we will make this happen.
Focusing on energy is only possible with the right motivation. As a Collaborative Workspaces Professional, you will work in the PAX (Productivity Apps & Xperience) team. This proactive team ensures that we use (and continue to use) the right (SaaS) collaboration applications (with the right setup) for the desired ways of working within Alliander. Much emphasis is placed on Microsoft 365, and currently on Copilot M365.
We also support hybrid working by offering the best meeting experience. The team is responsible for the functional side of Microsoft 365, in addition to other productivity tools such as Mural and Adobe. It is a young and enthusiastic team that likes to experiment and consists of a product owner, scrum master, technical lead, and three teammates who want to know everything about the applications, ways of working, and how to involve users in them.
So, do you want to help Alliander radically accelerate digital and hybrid collaboration and new developments such as Generative AI? And thereby contribute to achieving the energy transition? Do you see yourself working at the intersection of business and digitalization? Do you have a creative, analytical and conceptual mindset, and can you translate these concepts into concrete actions and artefacts?
If you answered "yes" to all these questions, then this vacancy is for you! Together with your new team, you ensure that all your colleagues can collaborate digitally (and hybrid) with the right tools and guidance. Especially now that hybrid working is indispensable, and the provision of generative AI, in the “Everyday AI era”, is demanded by the workforce.
To do this, you need to be able to understand your colleagues and know how they work, and how they are going to work in the future, so that we can devise solutions for their problems and upcoming challenges. As a Collaborative Workspaces Professional, you are the driving force in this change.
You energise our network
Contributing ideas about a smart and secure online environment. With your talent and strengths, you can do that at our company. Will you contribute with your understanding of users? We are looking in particular for a candidate with:
You have knowledge and experience with digital collaboration in Microsoft 365 and working with Copilot M365.
You have affinity with configuring/low coding of Copilot agents, Power Apps and Power Automate.
You dare to experiment and make errors and look beyond what currently exists.
You have knowledge of, experience with, and great interest in adoption and change.
