What are your responsibilities?
As a Cook, you will work within our kitchen team to maintain high service levels. The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel has several F&B outlets. In our restaurant Midtown Grill, we serve breakfast, lunch for groups during the afternoon, and the finest 'a la carte' steaks in town during the evening. In our Sorel's Midtown Bar & Lounge, we offer an international lunch and dinner. Additionally, the hotel has 12 event rooms for which the kitchen prepares all necessary meals. We also provide 24-hour in-room dining.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook for our kitchen department. You enjoy working in the kitchen and are passionate about delivering excellent dishes to ensure guests experience a memorable stay. Our Restaurant Midtown Grill is the number one steakhouse in Amsterdam, and you are determined to help us improve even further.
