Are you ready to take full ownership of the German market and make a real impact? We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Country Manager Germany who’s ready to challenge, advise, and lead. You’ll report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping our success in Germany.
What you'll do:
Take full responsibility for our performance in Germany – from marketing to local sales numbers (revenue, views, conversions).
Develop and execute localized B2C marketing strategies tailored to the German consumer.
Responsible for the German campaigns across key channels such as social, email, influencer marketing, and paid media, f.e. TV in collaboration with the HQ marketing specialists.
Own and manage the marketing budget for Germany (performance marketing handled by HQ; all other marketing efforts owned by you).
Grow and engage a community of loyal fans through local storytelling, content, and brand partnerships.
Be the strategic advisor across teams to help improve how we perform in Germany – you're the expert!
Work closely with HQ teams (design, data, performance marketing, and development) to bring your ideas to life.
Advise the B2B sales manager with market insights and support (B2B sales execution remains with their team).
What you bring:
At least 5 + years of experience in B2C marketing, ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or retail environments.
Experience working in fast-paced, scale-up environments – you thrive in chaos, take ownership, and love building from scratch.
Deep knowledge of the German market and consumer behavior.
A strategic yet hands-on mindset: you challenge the status quo, advise with confidence, and execute with speed
Strong data literacy – your decisions are backed by numbers.
Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and professional-level English. Dutch is a plus.
Experience with media, social media and influencer marketing is a big bonus.
Bachelor’s or master degree (HBO-level or higher).
