We are looking for a Creative Team Leader to add to our Creative Team!
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of an ad: Strategy, ideation, writing, design, pre-production, production, video editing and motion graphics
- A master of ideation, storytelling and scriptwriting, with an award-winning portfolio
- Experience in managing a creative team
- Excellent English – a must (Native English – an advantage)
- Expertise in ad design, sensitivity for video editing storytelling and motion graphics – a major advantage
- Both analytical and creative, capable of analyzing data – and enjoying it
- A sharp strategic thinker and a fast creative problem solver
- Deep understanding of digital and social advertising – an advantage
- B.A. in relevant fields – an advantage
- Enjoys being part of a winning team
- Effective multi-tasker with a can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative solutions across various projects.
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and rationale.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of creativity.
