We are seeking
A Customer Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for partners and customers. You will play a crucial role in managing and resolving support inquiries through our ticketing system, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently, and a genuine interest in understanding customer challenges to provide effective solutions.
