We are seeking
A Customer Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for partners and customers. You will play a crucial role in managing and resolving support inquiries through our ticketing system, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
This role requires excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently, and a genuine interest in understanding customer challenges to provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for support inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Manage and prioritize tickets through the support system, coordinating resolutions efficiently.
- Communicate updates on ticket progress clearly and effectively with customers and partners.
- Show genuine interest in client challenges, asking relevant questions to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve technical issues, focusing on relationship management and service commitments.
- Ensure calm and structured handling of requests, even during busy periods.
Required Skills
- Higher professional education (MBO) level or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer support role or similar field.
- Strong affinity with IT, ideally within ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening skills, decisiveness, and proactivity.
Additional qualifications that would be a plus
- Experience with D365FO or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with customer success principles.
