Your opportunity
As part of the Customer Growth team, your mission is to drive growth within our existing customer base by proactively engaging with customers in the midmarket segments. In this strategic Team, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities—particularly with Mollie’s alternative payment methods (APMs) and new product offerings.
In this role, you will primarily focus on proactively engaging with customers to offer them funding opportunities through Mollie Capital.
These opportunities act as a strategic complement—supporting their business growth, generating additional revenue for Mollie, and positioning us as a trusted partner in their long-term success.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive proactive engagement with P3/P4 and Non-P customers to introduce and upsell Mollie Capital.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, positioning Mollie as a partner in their business growth.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding each customer’s unique needs and introducing relevant solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to align on customer growth strategies and ensure seamless handovers.
Utilize CRM insights to create personalized recommendations for customer growth and increased product adoption.
Set and achieve ambitious growth targets by expanding the range of Mollie products and services each customer utilizes.
What we’re looking for:
A growth-oriented professional with a proactive mindset who excels at identifying and presenting opportunities that align with both customer and company goals.
3+ years of experience in Customer Growth, Business Development, or a related commercial role, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment.
Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and present solutions that drive both customer and company growth.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage your pipeline and track customer interactions.
A passion for growth and a customer-first approach to finding solutions.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
