Vacancy - Customer Service Coordinator - Helmond
Your Mission:
Are you communicative, service-oriented and will you help keep the automotive aftermarket running smoothly? As our new Customer Service Coordinator, you will represent Valeo towards our customers in the BENELUX, DACH and Nordics region by providing professional support on their orders and deliveries. With your proactive mindset, you will not only ensure excellent service but also contribute to improving our processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely service;
- Manage customer orders, order entry, invoicing, returns, and claims in line with our quality standards;
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering solutions efficiently and effectively;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth operations;
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve and simplify customer service processes.
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or similar education, with proven experience in customer service;
- Strong customer and service orientation, combined with a motivated, proactive and communicative attitude;
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus;
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken;
- Strong digital skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
