We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a globally respected asset manager's global data operations team. This is a hands-on operations role, ideal for someone who combines analytical knowhow with a service-oriented mindset and enjoys working at the heart of investment data.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely setup and maintenance of investment data (e.g. securities, pricing, analytics).
- Performing business and data analysis to improve daily production and project workflows.
- Supporting data operations processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with global teams to maintain consistent and reliable data handoffs.
- Monitoring key metrics and escalate issues appropriately.
- Deliveringexceptional internal customer service and communication across teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally in data, operations, or analytics.
- Strong Excel skills and an understanding of core investment data concepts.
- Ability to manage complex data workflows and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Experience with security master data, pricing, or analytics data is strongly preferred.
